Lack of great talent

I have been coming to this club longer than I'd like to admit. My most vigorous recommendation is that they need to do some serious hiring here. There have been times, in the last few months, that there have been literally 0 girls on the couches to dance with at about 10:15PM and a bunch of guys in the club. Needless to say, they began filing out one by one, and me along with them. Secondly, I keep seeing the same old faces and chunky body types. I don't want to throw away good cash on what I know will be an unenthusiastic and no extras dance. Security is getting more and more vigilant. They hired a new security guard, who seems to be overly obsessive about checking out the couches. It's getting to the point when, just to have any dances at all, I will check in a Russian girl that I used to like. Then I realize why it is that I haven't asked her to dance in a while. Let that be a lesson to me, a costly lesson. I'm getting pretty sour about this club. I check in every couple of weeks or so, just to see if things have changed. They haven't.
