The Lodge

Visited this place a couple times during my trips to Dallas. Weekday evening/nights. The place offers both valet parking (weeknights – no charge but tip to the valet) and self-parking across the street. Both seem safe and secure. Cover charge must vary by time of day. One evening I got there about 7 pm and cover was $10 and another evening after 9 pm and it jumped to 15 dollars. On one of the evenings, a couple of guys in front in me were trying to get a discount – no go – so they moved on. The club is large and there is a bar directly in front of you when you walk in. There is another in a room called the library. Yes the club is broken into multiple room, main room, library room, there is a VIP room in the back of the club and a member’s area upstairs. Not sure what the charge is to be a member but you can access both rooms by buying bottle service. It appears the room downstairs in the back of the club is in the $250 -300 range and the room upstairs was quoted $500 plus. I think both of these are just for the bottle service and there would be an additional tip to the girl for dances. I was told that the rooms upstairs offer the most privacy. Drinks were a little on the high side compared to other clubs in Dallas. On the three or four nights I visited there were plenty of dancers around but the quality from night to night suffered. I would say most dancers feel in the 6 to 8 range with one or two 9’s on each night. I was told by one dancer that all dancers are required to work either Sunday or Monday night, so if you guess right some of the top talent should be there. I got dances from multiple dances and they ranged from tame to very enjoyable. The nights I visited the club was not overly busy so on all my dances I was lead to one of the booths along the walls for my dances. The club does have high back chairs. I did notice that some of the girls hung with regulars the whole tie just chit chatting and drinking. Like other Dallas clubs, there is a stage rotation and the dancer could be gone for up to 7 stages. I enjoyed this club and with the right girl I think it can be a fun night, but I wouldn’t expect more than good conversation and enjoyable dances.
