No pressure, relaxed place
Visited the club while visiting Portland for a conference which was in Downtown Portland. It takes around 40 mins to get here via public transport, hence just used an Uber ride. I went to the club around 5 PM on a Wednesday, things were pretty slow at the start, just around 4 dancers who were dancing on 2 different stages. They actually have 3 stages here (The action on the third stage started around 8, when more dancers came in). As it was 4 dancers on 2 stages each girl dance for a couple of songs and then get a break for a couple of songs. They looked pretty jaded. There weren't many people around, may be 5 - 6 people, so it was easy to get the dancers attention. There were occasions where you had a dancer on stage and there was no people around the stage, and the dancer would just hangout on the stage. I approached such a dancer and had a little chit chat with her, she was new at the club, said it was her second day dancing. She took the time to have some chit chat, the dollar value for tipping at the stage was pretty good here, may be because there weren't many customers. So even tipping a couple of dollars gave a lot of attention.
As the night went on there were more dancers and customers that tricked in. By 8.30 PM or so, there were 8-10 dancers, which was not bad for a weekday. But these girls had to dance on 3 stages, thought it was overkill and just made the girls tired. Might have been better off with just a couple of stages running.
I also took the time to have some food which was not good at all. There was no pressure for refilling drinks which I liked, cause I'm not a heavy drinker. I actually did not have any drinks, just water.
