Completely ignored

I hit this place on a Saturday in September. It was early evening, so I was not expecting anything spectacular or a lot of dancers on hand. I went in and the place had 7-8 women in it and maybe two dudes. I think the women were mostly dancers but most were dressed in street clotge. I walked over to the stage where there were two women (dancers?) sitting and sipping their drinks. No dancer on stage. Went to bar and got a drink, sat down, and chilled. Said hello to a few of the women at the bar, but nothing. I was in this place for 45 minutes before I said fuck it and left without seeing one single titty. No idea what this place is about.
