Probably best in west Winston, depending on your taste

So far I've tried Savannah's, Paper Moon, and Filly's. The latter two were both rather smokey, but beyond that were also underwhelming. Savannah's on the other hand is a bit classier. Not upscale, but, at least on weekends, it has a pretty good vibe with a lot of smiling and having fun (especially from the dancers in the audience). While a weekday visit was nearly dead, Friday and Saturday were kicking. A special guest (miss nude Tennesse, something Nova) put on a fantastic 6-song show involving fans, confetti, strobe lights, amazing pole work, and acrobatics on a suspended ring) show and probably drew a good bit of the crowd. There were probably 30 dancers, with a wide range from somewhat husky to athletic to very thin, primarily white dancers.

The "VIP" room is really a shared lapdance room that can get very crowded. During 2-for-1s you'll literally be touching the guy next to you in some cases. They don't seem to have much between that and the ~$300 / 30 min rooms downstairs, which is unfortunate because I'm usually a $100 for 3 or 4 songs in a private area type of guy. Interesting thing about the club, they say they don't take any money from the dances, and each dancer sets their own prices and rules. This means you do need to talk with each dancer beforehand to figure out their rules and costs. In my experience, some dancers are okay with minor contact in VIP, some none, and only a few with touching breasts. Song prices seem to run $25 - $35 for 1, sometimes at a discount for more. It's total YMMV, so be sure to discuss before agreeing.

Beyond that, I was approached by a "VIP coordinator" who noticed me taking an interest in a dancer and tried to hook me up with their expensive rooms downstairs. I didn't partake, but it was interesting that they had someone walking the floor and trying to give VIP experiences (at least to people who looked the part?).
