Rouge is a city block from golden dragon. Some sketchiness outside but if you park in the public lot its not too dark there.

Got 3/100 with skinny white chick (8 beautiful face, eyes locked on mine and was touchy and a little tipsy when she came over) who gave a very sensual dance, but I didn't take her upsell for the $275 upstairs (in retrospect I probly should have)
