Have not reviewed Rumors in a while so I thought I should check in. This is one of my regular daytime haunts and is very hot or miss. Today was a miss but Tuesday was a hit. The bartenders are usually hot or at least pretty and always fun to watch working the bar. The dancers are a step or 3 up from Rest-a-bit right down the road. Regardless of your preferences you can usually find a dancer or 2 that floats your boat. The other nice thing about Rumors is the tipping parade is non existent. Each dancer usually gets off the stage twice in her 15 minute shift to collect tips but there are the occasional ones who sneak in from time to time when they are not dancing. The ladies are always coming around to sit with you for a drink and or get a private dance but not pushy unless they are ugly, old or overweight (lucky few of them) and then they are relentless. I don't like to be rude but sometimes I have to say "please leave".

The private dances vary by the dancer. Some are very accommodating to most of your wishes and some are not. You can get a decent feel for them before you go in usually. The dance prices are now $25 and they put in a little cubby. While it offers a little more privacy it's pitch black in there so if you want to see opt for one of the chairs instead. I find it doesn't change the dance at all to move to a chair.

On my few night time visits I notice the dancers are better quality and the place it usually busier.

Overall I tend to like this bar more because of the dancers the bartenders and the lower dollar parade but that said I've gone in and it's been so dead I've left after 10 minutes on days too.
