I returned to the Pony after an 8 month absence

I returned to the Pony after an 8 month absence. I really enjoyed my last visit here despite the Memphis restrictions. On that visit, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the dancers tried very hard to show customers a good time in the private dance area, where most seemed to have figured out how to make a guy happy even with the strict law. This visit was different. Maybe it was just a bad day of the week (Tuesday), or maybe something else was going on in town that made the best dancers stay home (along with the customers), or maybe I’m just getting too old for this type of thing (hope not). But anyway, the place was dead and the girls working acted half-dead as well. There was one who got my attention and we gave it a go in the private area. But she apparently hadn’t figured out how to do the job under the new laws. Not a peek under the bikini, only moderate hands on, and almost no direct contact from her. And still the same screwy pricing system—one for $40, 2 for $60, and 3 for $!00??? I thought prices were supposed to come down with higher volume. I left after about an hour and a half bored as hell. Maybe next time.
