Having just turned 18 a couple of months ago, I've only been to a toal of three strip clubs. With that being said, The Roaring 20's is by far my favorite. For one thing, my cover was only $5 since I'm a girl. That definitely made me happy. The second thing that got my attention was how good the club smelled. I believe it was vanilla, and what's nicer is that it smelled like pure vanilla, not like dirty smells covered up by vanilla. Once my friend and I stepped through the curtain and entered the actual club I was amazed by how well the place was decorated. I know that sounds cheesy, and I know that that's not what most customers go to the club for, but the environment definitely got me in a comfortable mood right away. I liked that the stage was in the very center of the room so that seats completely surrounded it. The stage has two poles that extend all the way up the club's extremely high ceiling. You can imagine how the height added to the experience of seeing some of the dancers climb all the way up and then slide down. Throughout the club, though small, there are 20's style nude paintings that are absolutely classy. I loved them. There were about 10 dancers during my visit, 3 of whom particularly stood out. They had personality, big smiles, great bodies, worked the whole stage, and gave the audience attention instead of acting like it was just another job to do. About 4 of the 10 girls approached my friend (who is also female) and I very nicely, offering us private dances. None of them were pressuring at all and nicely introduced themselves as well as asked for our names. Obviously it's their job to pretend like they like you- but it's nice to see dancers who can pretend well. The only downsides to the club is that their ATM charges a $7 fee and that the drinks are self-serve. Both of these things are easy to get around and should not stop you from checking this place out at least once. The normal cover for guys is $10, which still is a good deal considering how clean and comfortable the place is. I know my friend and I will definitely be going to The Roaring 20's several more times, as should you.
