CF can be a real bargain

I have seen many mixed reviews for CF (I have written some myself :)) but my last several visits have been generally positive. I think the club has improved over the last year or two, although still not back to the level of, say, 5 years ago. But that could probably be said about all the Providence clubs. Because of my work schedule, my last several visits have been on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, and in all three instances I arrived right at noon. At first I thought that arriving at noon was a BIG mistake because the club was pretty much empty - empty of both customers and dancers. However, that can be a blessing in disguise if your funds are limited because, every weekday, starting at Noon and ending at 1:00 pm, dances are $10 ... and by comparison to the full price of $25 (or maybe it's $30 now?) that is a real bargain ... IF there is a dancer there at that time of day that floats your boat. The bad news is that there are not many dancers there at that time, but the good news is that the few that are there are there to please the $10 dance patrons - they know the deal, and they are not offended (as some would be) by doing dances for less than half price. I think most of them understand that guys don't go to a club with the intent of getting a set number of dances, they go to a club with a budget for dances, and they will spend the entire budget on the right dancer(s). The girls who frequent the lunch shift seem to understand that there is no income difference between doing five $10 dances and doing two $25 dances. But there is a big difference to the lucky customer. So, it's a win-win situation.
