Molly Browns

I can't remember if the cover charge was five or $10. It definitely wasn't over $10, or I would remember. It's located in a nice, upscale (well, upscale for Daytona Beach, anyway) block of nightclubs, so no safety issues walking from my nearby hotel. Lollipops, another strip club, is a block away. I was told by dancers here and at Biggins that lollipops had been in legal trouble and was now pretty lame. Molly Brown's is far from lame, although it may not be the best strip club in the world. It has a nice, upscale look, both outside and inside. It was a little different from my previous visits a year ago. Then, the bar was against the back wall. Now, there was more along the right wall as you enter. I don't remember if the bar was there before, but if it was, it wasn't being used. The bar against the back wall was still there, but was not being used. I was told both doors are sometimes used on weekends when it's busy. The private dance area is still along the left wall as you enter, but it is now a solid wall. Previously, it was just a long curtain. Also new, at the entrance to the lap dance area is a desk with a bouncer. In order to enter the lap dance area, you need to pay a one-time $10 fee and get a wristband. After that, the dances are $20, and you don't need to pay the $10 fee anymore, even with multiple trips to the back with different answers. There was a light crowd during this visit. It was probably a little bit more upscale than the basically blue-collar redneck crowd at Biggins. Just a little bit. There were a dozen or so dancer circulating. Dancer quality was pretty good, ranging from 5 to 8 or 9. But I sat at the bar and ordered a beer, which was four dollars (same as Biggins) and was pretty quickly approached by a cute, petite, spinner gal. After chatting for a few minutes, she explained the deal with the wristband and asked for dance, quoting $20. This seemed reasonable because the starting bid at Biggins a few miles down the route the previous evening had been $30. She was really cute and had a very nice toned body, so I went for it without trying to negotiate further. Molly Brown's is a bikini bar, not a topless bar, but in the back the top came off and she gave me a couple of pretty good dances with grinding, mutual touching, simulated blowing through the pants blowjob, and light stick shifting. After two dances, I called it quits and went back out to the bar. A few minutes later, I saw her in street clothes leaving. My two dances must've made her budget. Although I didn't like the $10 wristband policy, I found out it had some advantages. When dancers see you wearing the wrist band, they circle like vultures waiting to pounce because they know you are a serious customer. I was repeatedly hit up by a series of dancers as I sat at the bar. As noted above, most were at least average looking, and I took a few more back for dances. After a while of this I was sitting at the bar or finishing a beer and getting ready to leave when a new dancer took the stage. This was the first one I recognized from my visit a little over a year ago, and she is a stunner. She was the best looking girl in the place by a wide margin and a solid 10. In fact, she has a remarkable resemblance to Kate Upton, very solidly built, but everything in exactly the right place, and a face like an angel.There were several hefty black female customers sitting at the stage monopolizing her, but I went up to the stage and sat down with a few bucks in hand. Her last song was ending and I thought I may have missed my chance to tip her, but she saw me and quickly moved over to accept the tip. While I was tipping her, she leaned over and asked me if I wanted to see her naked. Of course I did. After she came offstage, we went to the back. I told her that I had gotten several dances from her a year ago, but she obviously thought I was bullshitting until I reminded her that she had changed her hairstyle and told her what it was a year ago. I got three excellent dances from her, the best of the evening. I don't know what else she has to offer. It was now late in the evening and my budget was already almost gone by the time she came on stage, so there was no point in discussing anything else. However, it is well worth the trip to Molly Brown's just to get dances from her. Even without her, it's a pretty good club and worth a visit.
