Kit Kat Club, something innovative on the Portland Strip Club scene

To my experience, this club is somewhat unique in the Portland area. It's cultivated a fun, low key atmosphere and features sets that range from amazing pole-work to theatrical burlesque sets. I've been going here almost since it opened. I followed my favorite strip club bartender, Crystal, here from her last club and notice that a few of the top-notch dancers from around town also discovered this place. Some of them have started working here exclusively and some have picked up a few shifts here and there and on weekends. It's generally clean, the men's restroom is a little rough though they've recently added an attendant in there to pass you some paper towels and give you access to all manner of strip club sundries. Sometimes there is a cover which ranges from $1 - $5 depending on the night. Dances can still be $20 here, I say that because a lot of clubs have moved to a 3 for $100 format. Alcohol is reasonably priced for a strip club, and if your super-nerd they accept Bitcoin. The Djs are mostly cool and not super annoying here. Many nights they'll have a special MC that adds to the vibe of the night. Local celebrity Nik Sin( of Mini-Marilyn Manson and Mini-Kiss fame) takes up the mic for this sometimes. Sometimes I've seen other Portland and national celebrities. A few weeks ago the Eagles of Death Metal were at the rack with me.

The girls are attractive, mostly natural, some are tattooed, all generally friendly and not pushy. Some interesting and entertaining standouts here are Blazer, who is not only cute but has amazing core strength that she uses to pull off some amazing acrobatics; Juliette - besides being a knock-out puts together a bunch of interesting/sexy cosplay sets (Watchmen, Assassin's Creed, etc); and BJ McNaughty, the naughty clown girl. Many of the girls have a facebook/social media presence linked to their stage names.

In general this is a little bit more of a stage club, maybe like Devil's Point or the Lucky Devil. But it should definitely be on your check out list when you're in Portland. Relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced drinks, amazing waitstaff, Interesting MCs, Chill Djs, and of course sexy friendly creative naked ladies.
