Minx needs to update its listing. Raising the Cover Charge from $10 to $20 is quite unreasonable, and not keeping the information current is despicable. I personally think $10 is plenty to pay to get in the door. This is a nice place but it's not "WORLD CLASS" and $20 implies "WORLD CLASS".

Also, in recent visits it seems the girls are reluctant to work the crowd. Most of them either sit with their regular pals or hide out in the dressing room. Another negative -- the attendant in the Mens Room. Just a ripoff, a pathetic way to squeeze a little more money out of customers.

I believe the girls are the best looking in Des Moines and so is the decor. But the high cover charge and the keeping it a secret on the TUSCL website demand a low (3) rating.
