Checked out the scene at UJ while visiting Portland this summer, after a log hiatus - overall had a very pleasant experience and will return again, though it wouldnt by my only stop in town. Very talented dancers, highly acrobatic and friendly with the tip-row audience - private dances are on the expensive side for the city, but never air dances (YMMV). Worth visiting for the stage show at least, but you should have a great time on private booths if you are respectful of the dancer and her boundaries.

I arrived on a late saturday afternoon and things were a bit slow, but they were kicking by 7pm. Lots of energy and a great party atmosphere - this is no Casa Diablo in terms of stage crazyness or lapdance mileage, but depending on your interest this is probably a good thing. Definitely friendlier to couples, similarly enthusiastic weekend audience but with more emphasis by the club on the strip-tease show and pole-work than the lap dance business. Also better and less watery booze, to be honest.

Most girls are very beautiful, if youre into the almost stereotypical Portland aesthetic (young mostly athletic hipster / punk caucasian - lots of body-art, mostly tasteful if not downright impressive). Each dancer I saw would easily qualify as 7-10, leaning to the higher end of the range.
