Visited Platinum after a long break

I recently moved back to SC after a 6 year relocation. I decided to visit Platinum last night while visiting Columbia. It used to be one of my favorite clubs. I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some other reviews. I arrived around 6:30 and stayed until around 9:00. The club hasn’t changed much since my last visit. The interior is decent and appears clean but it’s kept pretty dark so who really knows. The music was a little loud but the selection was great. I paid a 3.00 cover and bottled beer was 2.50 which was also a plus.

There were around 8 dancers working and ranged from attractive to hot. There were a couple thick girls but none I would consider big. I didn’t see much hustling going on and I didn’t have many girls approach me for dances. They just didn’t seem interested in making money. There was one who came up and explained that she wasn’t a hooker and wouldn’t be going home with me. Considering I didn’t bring a bunch of cash and she looked to be in her 40’s I wasn’t broken up. Personally I like girls with a bit more meat on their bones and natural assets. After a while a nice thick girl came up we talked and I decided to get a couple dances. I ended up paying 2 songs for 35.00. We went to the smaller room near the men’s room and did not have any bouncers stop in. it is a bit open but the mileage was very nice. All in all it was a good time and I may go back this evening.
