Solid dance and the men's room is fixed

I have been going to the Gold Club for over a decade. The men's bathroom has been disgusting since I have been going there. Only one urinal worked and the place reeked of urine. I still used it. I went in this Wednesday and the entire men's room has been redone. I first thought I entered the wrong room, but no, it has been redone. I would almost call it nice.

Now to why we go there. It was a slow day, more dancers than customers while I was there. Dancers are mixed in age, race, size, etc. Most of the dancers are 6 or 7's. Some are aggressive and some, not so much.

I bought a drink (6.25 for a beer) and sat down. I don't think I have ever had a dancer ask me for a drink here. A new dancer (at least to me) came by. She was mid 30's, wavy light brown hair, pretty, but a few too many bat tattoos on her arms and neck. I enjoyed talking to her, she told me that she works when she needs the money and normally works at night. She did not like the "laid back" feel of the daytime. I asked her for a dance and she tried to upsell going upstairs. Dances downstairs are $10 and upstairs are $30. I see few people go upstairs during the day and mileage can be almost equal downstairs in the big chairs. I got one dance downstairs, and it was too much air for me.

Then, to my surprise, J---- showed up. J---- is a bit rough looking, but I have gotten dances from her for years (I met her in Winston Salem at the Crazy Horse) and her mileage is always good. J--- is about 40 and the drinks, drugs or whatever is showing. However, the dances are still good and I am glad she is back.

Overall, the Gold Club is laid back during the day, but can be enjoyable with the right dancer. No cover, moderate drink prices, and a variety of dancers. And now, you may hang out in the Men's room enjoying the new tile.
