I apologize for reviewing this place again but I think it's warranted because this venerable old dive bar has made some changes. I think there may be an interest here of moving more toward actual strip bar from the neighborhood bar with strippers that it is. Now the best was to make that lea would be to hire cuties like the bartenders instead of the stable of tattooed overweight strippers that regularly rotate through.
But if you check below, you'll note there are DITR here. In the past, it's been a trend of slim black beauties and of late there's been an absolutely gorgeous young blonde I've found very accommodating.
Anyway. The club still has the house divided set up. Front is the bar and pool tables and back the strip club. Still has the 1950s vinyl black booths hap-hazardly spaced about the same small stage. What's new is they added a half-wall along the south side of the strip club section off the VIP room. Strippers here have for years established stripper forts in these booths but now they have the added privacy of the wall.
All's good right? Yeah, but now you have to pay the bar $6 to take a dancer there for a $10 dance. VIP is $10 for a $20 dance. The prices are so low as to be a joke and with drink prices equally cheap, what the hell the added privacy is worth it I can attest.
Now if only they would do something with the men's room.
