Fun time, good mileage

My first time here, I didn't know what to expect, but it seemed like a good place to check out when visiting Pittsburgh for a few days. I'd go back again.

The club is a dive bar. There was a decent amount of off-street parking and there was a $5 cover to get in. No beers on tap, but there was a competent lady bartender and they had about 30+ different bottled beers available, plus the hard stuff. I got a Sam Adams ($5 plus tip) and parked at the bar. It's kind of smoky inside, though not the smokiest club I've ever been in. It basically seemed as if every person in the club - patrons and dancers - was smoking except for me. They left the side door open wide, which may have helped a little (and made it convenient to leave at the end).

I wasn't quite keen on how the system worked for a while, but eventually figured it out. The girls will NOT harass you for private dances - in fact, only one asked me for one. Not trying to be mean, but she looked like a skeleton. I figure she had to be on something - way too thin, and missing more than a few teeth. She offered in a very flirty way but I declined when I fortuitously ran out of singles.
