Went there a few weeks ago on a work trip -- saw some of the hottest women ever in a strip club. Tight bodies and a good mix of natural and fake breasts; no extras on offer but nice nude grinding. The setup is all out in the open, and there seems to be no chance of anything secret, but no one in our party asked about OTC action. Mostly white dancers but one smoking hot asian. Would not hesitate to go back. This experience is all about what you are looking for -- top quality women who are happy to dance and talk at (reasonable) prices, but no touching beyond the lap. By comparison, the Detroit (Inkster) clubs are all about the touching, with a more variable selection of women.

Have not been to any other Tampa area clubs, but talking to our hotel porter, this seems to be the spot.
