First time visit in about 9 months, and sadly, problems existing then remain the same. I will say that the club continues to look fine -- they've gotten rid of some of the older furniture, it's always clean and safe, drink prices aren't bad in general. But the club is still in the same fix -- a raid last year has clearly limited what is and is not possible (not that this was ever a block bar). While better than 9 months ago, in the usual strip club business logic, instead of trying to improve the experience the club and/or dancers now try to do even more to get every last cent. Girls have now started to regularly not just ask for tips after a LD, but "suggest" silly amounts ($20 for a $40, straight limited grind dance? Beginning to remind me of clubs in SF -- and that's not a complement). VIP rooms are even more expensive -- when I was there last (on what should have been a "hot" night), for the hell of it I counted the number of rooms in use -- in the 4 hours I was there (had to wait for some friends at the ball game), I counted 2, in the cheapest price.

To be fair, the quality of dancers -- while again, nothing like a few years ago -- has held up ok. Very few 7 and ups, but also very few 2-3s (one good exception: cute Russian named Alisa or something like that, though she's so obviously doing the hustle thing its a bit of a turnoff). You won't get the "what are THEY doing dancing" feeling you get at other clubs, but also won't be saying "wow" anytime soon (ah, for the days of Summer....hope you're happy wherever you are).

If you have a group of people it's not a bad deal, but individually, it stinks. And, of course, all this shows in attendance -- while, yes, sometimes late at night you still get an ok crowd, at 11:30, as I was leaving, I counted 4 customers -- 4 -- in the entire club, on a Friday night. When the next crash comes -- and no matter who the next president is, it'll come -- this club is finished. HC has to make the experience better, which means less obnoxious penny pinching and more for the girls; again, you don't have to hire 26 managers for a place where they outnumber the customers. Use the money to make it a better deal for the kind of girls you used to get.
