Only go during prime time

I understand the conclusions drawn by those reviewers who think CP has gone downhill. The truth is, you really need to hit this spot on either Friday or Saturday, 9 pm or later. At other times and on other days, it's just "roll out the dumpies". But during the heart of the weekend, this place still has a little something to say for itself. When they put theit best foot forward, there's a range of 6-8's...plus the old ladies who just need to hang up the garter for the last time.

I decided to go upstairs with a young woman who was impressed enough afterwards to ask for my cell; she texted me the next day. Sufficiently horrified that my strip club life had strayed into my actual life, I deleted the text, blocked the number, scolded myself like a character straight out of "The Scarlet Letter", and decided right then and there not to go back to CP for any reason.

We both know I'm lying to myself, right? Right.
