Always a good time

The Playhouse continues to impress me. It looks like a giant warehouse in the middle of nowhere (seriously, dark exit off the highway just when you think you are lost), yet the place is always hopping. I have only visited during midweek, when they are only using the front third of the club. I can only imagine what a busy weekend night is like.

The first and third Wednesday of the month is Amateur Night, which I always find entertaining. While I realize that most of them aren't amateurs, some do a good job of playing the part. There were a dozen dancers this week, and the results seemed totally fixed, since the winner definitely didn't get the most applause. But I thought she was the best, so I was ok with it!

As far as the pros, they have a good variety of girls. Some are mediocre and others are very attractive. Even midweek, there were more than ten working. Three girls on stage at a time, moving between the three poles for each song.
