Early Saturday Visit

Happy to see that this club has been added to the list of Milwaukee clubs. This is the old Hillside club that shut down around February. I had never gone to that club, but decided to visit this club on a recent Saturday. I arrived about 6:00 pm and stayed for about 2 hours.

This club is really very nice inside. Talking to dancers, the place went through a serious make over. I had read the prior club was a total dive. Paid a $10 cover and sat at the bar. My soda was $3.00. The bar is relatively small, but there are several tables. The stage is in a separate area and is quite large. Three poles, and a somewhat clover leaf design. The only thing that I did not like - the laser lighting. Really annoying and the lights frequently shine on your face and eyes.

Went and sat at rail. Two dancers can on stage and did sets. Neither was very attractive, but I still tipped since I was sitting at the stage. They did not do a tip walk, which is odd for this area. Left the stage area, and was thinking about leaving when a dancer that knew me from Rickey's came over to talk to me. Sat for about 45 minutes. Very friendly, and she gave me the low down on this club. No pressure for anything (I did buy her a drink, think it was $7.00) since she knows my GF well. She went on stage and I tipped her well.
