After the raid

There was a "raid" on the Hi liter a week ago. I have heard a number of stories, but they are consistent in that no customer was arrested (although 2 stories have oral sex being performed during the "raid". The girls were harassed with nothing more than a ticket (except maybe for those with outstanding warrants). Although as I heard, it was a pain (I was not here).

Supposedly 30-40 Phoenix police officers were involved and they ticketed girls for taking tips in their g-string. A nice use of police officers. Of course, as we in Phoenix know there are no murders, robberies or other things more important than getting dancers to take their tips by hand. As a taxpayer I am glad to see my tax money not being wasted on such things as murders and robberies.

Any way, it does seem to have an effect. This Thursday, the club was only half as crowed as a normal Thursday. I was there early evening 6-7 so not prime time, but normally it is just about full then. No one there caught my eye. But I am pretty fussy. It was later than I normally go so none of the day shift.
