Bugsy's is still Bugsy's, as far as quality of girls (uneven, but not horrible) and mileage (uneven, but better (by far) than most bars in Cleveland).

There's a new wrinkle, however. The Champagne room, which used to cost a $40 bottle (plus tips for the girl ($10 per song is enough)) has changed. You can now go up there by giving the bar a $10 room charge. It's private, and (with the right girl) plenty can happen up there.

And, now the glass wall separating the room from the rest of the bar has been covered by a shade -- so it's actually private. Now, your mileage will still vary plenty. I took a girl up there last week who did less -- a lot less -- than most dancers do in a regular lap dance out in the open. Last night, however, I took a very cute dancer (with a great body, cute face, long hair) up there, and she, um, made me very happy.
