A swing and a miss

Stopped into the Cricket on a Thursday afternoon on the way back from a business trip. Finding the parking lot was difficult because you have to go down a small street behind the bar. Got parked and went inside. The club layout was really nice. Sat at the bar and ordered a beer. There was one dark skinned brunette that was dancing on stage. She was good looking but not what I was in the mood for that day. A little blonde spinner came up next. She was exactly what I was looking for. Great body and a smoking smile. I waited until her set was over and I got up to tip her but she made a bee line for a booth with what must have been one of her regulars. I waited about a half an hour but she never got up. I decided to cut my losses and head home. Girls there just weren't too interested in giving dances.
