Great value

As a value investor by day, I love diamonds in the rough! This place is that. Stopped by on a Thursday after some plans fell thru, and I was not let down. Place was basically gonna close when me and another guy showed up. Area is dicey but security being strapped put me at ease when parking right across street.

Typical hood bar setup with maybe 5 girls and 5 dudes. Cold beers are cheap. Everyone friendly. All good black chicks, but not ratchet. Dances in main bar are $5, so can't beat that. Private room is $20, basically prepaying for 4 dances. Once in, I asked for lights dimmed. No problem! Chicks asked if I was dating, to which I said of course...said we can full service for $40. Can't beat that!!! No rush...great unloading...I will return!!!
