Top Shelf ? I don't think so !
I arrived at the Top Shelf at about 4:30 and stayed till about 5:30. The bar is a long bar that stretches almost to the door. It is on your left going in. There is a stripper pole and low stage with fancy lighting located clear to the back of the building. Beer is $2.25 which is reasonable for this town. It took forever to get waited on and the barmaid even acknowledged me when I came in. After about 10 minutes she came over and asked for my order. There was no cover but no dancers dancing either. There were two dancers NOT DRESSED to dance sitting at the bar talking. One in a while they would go back to the pole and practice in blue jeans and a top. Neither on was proficient but one was better than the other having been experienced. I over heard both of them talking nearby. Neither was ready to dance and neither wanted to dance tonight. After about an hour and no action I had to leave. May try it again another night. But for tonight this is a total strike out !
