Nice Rest Stop

Traveling back to Boston on Sunday evening and decided to take a break from driving at Electric Blue which is right off of the highway; $5 to get in and a casual, but a bit rundown, atmosphere. Nice enough though to enjoy a few drinks and take in the views - they have a pool table and 2 very large TVs with sports, 1 on each side of the stage. There really is not much dancing that goes on at the stage and perhaps this was because it was a Sunday, but while there are 2 dancers on the stage at any given time, they only dance when there is a customer there to tip them. That essentially is the vibe of the scene since the real push is to get the customers into the private rooms; again, perhaps this is b/c it was a Sunday.

There were a good number of dancers there for a Sunday with a fair mix of Black and White dancers, and a few Latinas as well. I'm guessing that since it was a Sunday, this wasn't the A crew but there were a few 8s amongst the dancers. After a few drinks, I had a couple lap dances and ventured into one of the private rooms after talking with several dancers regarding prices; lap dances are $20 and private rooms are $100 to the house and then whatever you negotiate with the dancer - the standard line is $200 for 30 minutes and a drink. The lap dances were a bit on the short side but there was mutual touching and the private rooms take that a bit further.

All in all, a decent spot to take a break from the road and unwind a bit. Building could be fixed up a bit and there seemed to be a lot of dead space on the floor surrounding the stage, but overall, not bad.
