Sincere Complaint from a Regular

First off, I've been a regular at the Mansion Gentleman's Club and Steakhouse for the past year. When I first started going to the club, I obviously dropped tons of money on VIP dances and steak dinners, but after several months, I eventually just treated the club like a regular bar, which I still loved. I knew everybody, including the owner, the manager and all the bouncers and bartenders. However, what I experienced tonight is unacceptable for a regular whose dropped upwards of $10 thousand in this establishment over the past year. To make a long story short, last night, I consulted the manager of the Mansion about going to Pleasure Island (which is also owned by the owner of the Mansion) where I wanted to get a private room for a discount. The manager of the Mansion kindly told me to ask for the manager at Pleasure Island, and tell him that I knew the manager and the owner at the Mansion. Keep in mind, both the manager and the owner at the Mansion knew how much money I spent in their club when I first became a customer, and the fact that I was sent to Pleasure Island for a discounted private room was without question. To make a long story short, after driving (after a few drinks) all the way to Pleasure Island from 9W, I asked to speak with the manager of the club just like the manager of the Mansion instructed me to. The manager of Pleasure Island then decided to contact the owner of the Mansion, who told him and I quote, "I only meant to guide him in the right direction." This was then told to me by the manager at Pleasure Island, which, to me, was completely unacceptable. To sum it up, as a regular of the Mansion for over a year, whose dropped thousands if not tens of thousands in this establishment, was ripped the fuck off. After knowing the owner and the manager of the Mansion for over a year, I learned that the owner in particular is nothing more than a money-grubbing bullshitter and I will never spend my money in their establishment(s) again.
