Still a friendly club

In Dallas for a few days and decided to visit CR and find out if the previously described removal of the high backed chairs from downstairs meant an end to the action. I arrived about 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and there were only 5 dancers visible, three on the stages and 2 more sitting at the bar. I only saw about eight or nine customers downstairs, but there were at least a dozen waitresses ready bring another drink and collect a tip. I am guessing that the club expected an early evening crowd that would be very thirsty because of the very hot, dry spell (When I visited, Dallas had daily temps around 105 and no rain for over 30 days)

Within minutes of being seated by one of the waitreses and ordering a ($3) beer, a tight, young hispanic dancer moved through the downstairs area in company with four other dancers. She saw me sitting at a table, left her companions, and asked me if my lap was available (it was). I don't know if she gave her name or not, but I do not retain any memory of her name. We did talk about the weather (hot, dry), her recent trip to Peru (dry, not hot), and various atributes of dancers on the stages (she found something good to say about each one). Eventually, we got around to talking lap dances and I agreed to try dances downstairs.

The removal of the highback chairs downstairs does make a "fort" impossible and significantly reduces the perceived privacy. But that did not stop the young enterprising dancer I was with from offering and accomplishing a relatively full menu of services. She did start with a very high number, but was not upset when I laughed at 500. I still overpaid (at $200 for everything it wasn't steep but certainly more than the CR daytime usual), but it was worth it! Over the course of 8 to 10 dances (we agreed on a "price" and were not counting dances) we enjoyed (she certainly acted like she enjoyed most of it) HJ, BBBJ, FIV, DFK, and FS (covered). All accomplished while I was sitting in one of those low backed "pub" chairs in a quiet corner of the downstairs area of the club. After our energizing interlude, she wrote her number on a napkin and asked that I call when I come back to town so we can meet somewhere more comfortable.
