"the city" is relatively grimey, definitely a dive bar sort of "hole in the wall" place... But a great little low key spot. It's basically all black, though there is an occasional white dancer. The dancers give good table/lap dances consistently, but the place is topless only. The quality and number of the girls can vary depending on day of the week and time of day. Drinks are cheap. If you don't need a fancy light/laser show, and can deal with a bit of "grime" and just want to see some black ladies, and have a few good table/lap dances, you'll probably have a good time at "the city"
