Beware But Have Fun

First off, the cub is big, or should I say "clubs," because it's really two with an entryway sectioning them off, plus an outdoor smoking patio. All in all, there is plenty of space. The waitresses that night were friendly and attentive but not overly obnoxious in constantly asking if I wanted anything. I ordered a soda and tipped the gal $2 and she allowed me to sip it slowly. As I arrived before 8:00 PM the cover was free.

Per the dancers, there were a lot of them this night, but few lived up the club's title. One older one, a mature, very tall dancer was probably really something ten or fifteen years ago (and no, I don't mean that as a backhanded compliment - we all get older and even in her 40s she's still hotter than 90% of the girls in there) and gave a few enjoyable dances but was nothing special and, to her credit, warned me that VIP wasn't as wild as it was with some girls.

None of the other girls really caught my eye until a gorgeous, svelte dancer named after the Boss' home state came by. I'd taken her to the VIP before and had a terrific time, so I bought a wristband (it's a $20 one-time entrance fee) and tried my luck again but she was mechanical and stiff this time. Not the loose and fun dancer of my last visit. Too many boundaries and trying to upsell to the $700 champagne room, which she insists is better but wouldn't say how. Too subjective a sell for me, so I called it quits after two.
