And so it goes

The PC is a reflection of the overall slide that's hit the block (and from what I've seen, most of the strip club industry). At one time, you could feel confident that you would go in and find at least 1-2 good lookers, plus a couple more "attractive as strippers" types. The club continues to be relatively clean (except the bathroom), and most of the bartenders are pretty friendly and will work with you (there is a non-bartender who monitors the lap dance area, which is annoying but doesn't limit things too much).

But while the physical plant is the same, as are the employees, the dancers have hit rock bottom. The last time I was there, on a Sat. night on a night when the Orioles were playing....there was not a single dancer who I would want to have anything to do with for free, much less purchase a drink/dance/VIP. Girls are old or just plain ugly, most have been there forever -- almost no new girls in -- and the only couple of semi-attractive dancers are in the MILF (emphasis on M) category. It shows too -- when I first came to the PC, on a Sat. you couldn't get a seat, and you would have a long line of guys standing at along the back mirror. Now, the most crowded I've seen is maybe half-full...

Not everything is all bad -- the lap dance area continues to give relatively good privacy -- not great, but ok -- you feel safe, and most of the girls, if not attractive, are also not so messed up on drugs that they can't utter a coherent sentence.
