Recent Visit

I used to travel to Baltimore a few years ago, but haven't been there since. Had the chance to visit during a recent quick business trip and wanted to see if anything had changed. This review is pretty much a review of any of the bars on the block...they're all pretty much the same.

It might have been the day or time, but most of the dancers were plumb ugly. That's OK, but on the block the routine is ALL the dancers come up to you one by one and try to get you to get them a drink. It's not so much the "can I have a tip for my troubles" routine, but they must have a deal among themselves that they let all the nasty ones get to you first, so you have to sit through all that "what's your name, where are you from, etc." from each of them when there is no way you want them there. It wears you out.

I did finally get a cute blonde come over and we had a pretty good time. It can be expensive because the drinks cost $25 and only last maybe 15 minutes or so, but if you have the money you can get pretty much anything you want.
