Stopped by Tiffany's on 3/12/04. The place was packed but not many people getting dances. The dancers rated about 6-7s. Heard thru the grapevine that vice had visited a sister club (enforcing the no touch rule). Expect things to be slow there for awhile. I hung out for about 20 mins. The manager walked around hawking the few people who were getting dances.
