First Time in Akron

Well, I officially moved to Columbus, Ohio from Baltimore, MD. The strip club scene here is gonna be a challenge. Baltimore was famously wide-open. After reading TUSCL, I decided that Akron was going to be my best bet for "extra" fun. So, I road tripped to Old Glory Daze getting there about 10pm. It's small & kinda awkwardly set-up. No stage dancing the whole time I was there. But the women were actually nicer than I expected. There were two solid 8's, and lots of 7's and 6's totaling about 10 dancers. There was a 50 yr old asian broad who was not a 7 or a 6?! The place was busy. So busy that only two dancers offered me a dance. One was the 50 year old broad!? Fuck that! The other was not one of the 8's or 7's. I will go "low" but I like to at least start with dreams of hitting the 8's or 9's. But this place just wasn't happening. I declined & finish my beer and went to Dreamer Girls - which was not bad. I followed that with visit to C.W.'s but they would not let me in, saying it was a members only club. Translation: We don't let blacks in, if we can help it. I heard they were a little…discriminating but thought they were trying to weed out the young, knuckleheads types. Didn't expect it would include me as a 50-something, Bimmer driver.

Anyway, I decided this was my clue to head back home. But I got lost so I decided to return to OGD. It was about midnight. This time it was totally on! The bar had more energy. Folks were having fun. I got bar side dances from 4 dancers and they weren't bad. I believe it was Stephanie, light skin black girl, Amanda, and Barbi. Barbi is a bigger girl but worked hard for her money. Dances were good to very good. 2-way contact. I expected more outright stick shifting. They were not shy but they were not getting too crazy either. I closed the evening w/a visit to the private room/converted phone booth. It's not much but it is private. I was expecting an "area" for multi-person laps but it's just big enough for one session at a time. Anyway, my girl (name w/held on purpose) got immediately down to business like she was on a mission from God. I was VERY pleased. All I could think of was Billy Joel, for the cost of the dances and a small donation. Welcome to Ohio! I'll be definitely be back.
