It's OK.

Based on reviews, King of Diamonds seems to be the best club in the Twin City area, but after my visit I think that ends up being more about the other clubs than it is about KoD. I had a decent time and I'd certainly go again, but it's not someplace that you need to go out of your way for.

The club itself is pretty decent and fairly large. You enter into a lobby where you pay the cover ($5 on a Thursday); straight ahead is the club, to the right are the restrooms, and kind of u-turn out to the right is an outdoor smoking patio with heaters. Once you go into the club, you're in a large seating area with the bar on your left; beyond a divider is the main stage with seating around it. Further up a ramp to the left and sort of behind the main stage is another stage with another bar behind that. Dancers do one set on the main stage, and then another on the second stage. The atmosphere is good - guys were in a good mood the night I went and it was a good kind of rowdy - hooting and hollering, but nothing scary. IT's not super posh, but it's comfortable. There's a ton of parking, and it's well-lit, but it might fill up on weekends.

The dancers the night I went were a mixed bag of ethnicities and attractiveness, but nothing worse than about a 6, and there weren't any dancers that are just plain in the wrong line of work. There were a couple that I might put at a 9 or 10 out of the twenty or so girls working, but most were around 7. There's a mix of enhanced and natural girls, and some have tattoos and piercings in non-standard places. It can be a little hard to get a dance. I got asked a few times by girls I wasn't interested in, and the really hot ones kind of disappeared after their sets
