Expensive. Lots of staff looking for big tips.
Physically it is a nice club inside. The parking is free and I felt safe there. However, it was just two blocks from my hotel in a run-down area and I did not feel safe walking that short distance to the club.
Cover was $15. No ID check, despite a big sign on the counter asking to have your ID out and ready. There was a metal detector, but it was not used and there was no pat-down. The bouncers were polite, and well-dressed, but I could sense a rough edge. Considering the neighborhood, it is somewhat understandable.
The waitresses were very attentive and attractive the entire night. I had a burger, bourbon, and an appetizer for $17, which I considered very fair and the burger was thick and tasty. Several dancers stopped by to chat me up. The waitress came by to see if I wanted anything, but never asked for a dancer drink, which to me overpriced dancer drinks are always a flag that we are going down the rip-off slope. The music was so loud it was hard to have a converstion. Why don't clubs get the clue? Great sound system, but if they would notch it down enough that people are not shouting, it would be a lot more plesant.
