Diamond in the Rough

Clancy's is the definition of a diamond in the rough. They don't do a lot of advertising when you walk up you would think it was closed due to the little sound coming from the building. Walk in and wow,probably the smallest go go bar that I have been to in NJ, you have to cautiously wade through a small crowd of 15 people to grab a seat. The girls are all 6's and 7's and come from brazil. Brazilians are perhaps the best strippers in NJ. They don't hound you for extra money, look down on you for coming to a club, and take pride in their job. They know if they treat you right you will become a regular. And this bar does seems to be 90% regulars. Dancers dance on a very small stage before grabbing a regular who just walked in to the lap dance booth. LD room is a very small room with four leather chairs. Can be a little awkward when its at capacity, but the girls do the best job at obstructing your view of everyone else. This place could become a massive hit if they merged with thier liquor store the next door, but I think the small club feel is part of the ambiance and keeps the neighbors from complaining A great spot to stop in for 30 minutes.
