Made first ever visit to Roxys about a month ago late on a Sunday night, didnt know what to expect but was pleasently surprised, doorman outside was pleasant and there was a metal detector going in which made me feel somehwat safer. Drink prices were better cheaper than Hollywood at 4.50 for mixed drink. There was about 6-10 dancers working, id say about 6 AA and 4 white, of the 10 probably 6 were decent, 2 were hot and 2 had no business being there. Looks aside, the atmosphere was more laid back than I expected, no one shilling for drinks..2 stages were going on and lots of contact for a few buck tips (off the stage and in your lap contact). Decided to get a dance from a cute girl whose name escapes me, the only shitty part is having to pay 7 bucks for a wristband to get in private booth area (which is basically a chair in a dark cubicle). Dance turned out better than I expected and ended up being pleasantly surprised at the club in general. Would definately go back.
