Just south of mediocrity

The outside of Studs is actually decent. It has the original signage, c. 80's, which actually gives it a lot of cred. The inside leaves a lot to be desired.

The bartender, Ariana, is cool. Has a great personality and used to be a dancer. I went here on a Monday and Tuesday night (back-to-back) and Monday was actually better.

This is a typical locals bar. On Monday night, I had 3 beers over 30 minutes and was never approached by a dancer. They were all sitting with their favorite customer. The bartender told me Tuesday's were awesome so I left with the idea that I would return the next night and so I did. Tuesday's weren't awesome. Dancers were again with their regulars. Except there was 1 AA dancer that either was high on something gnarly or was in a very bad mental state. At one point the bar tender threatened to cut her off. There was a decent looking blonde, but she also had some drama. She left soon after I arrived because she also go mad at the bartender. Just a reminder, the bartender is the coolest one in the joint at this time. Ended up getting a dance from another AA girl that was into the goth scene. I think her name was Cherry. Good looking girl but nothing memorable.
