The Runway Review

I visited the Runway a couple of months back, on what appeared to be a bad day there, as the few dancers they had scheduled for the day had either not shown up or had walked off. This time, I arrived in the mid-afternoon and there were 4 dancers there with one more that arrived a little later. The club is located in a fairly plain building with plenty of parking along TV Highway. The inside is really quite nice, compared to the plain exterior. It is a big space with two stages right next to each other. Only one stage was in use when I was there, but it was still early.

I sat at the bar and had a beer and a snack and then proceeded to spend some time at the rail. There were two really pretty girls, one of who was between 18-21, a hot blond who's name escapes me. The other one was a very sexy spinner brunette named Jessie. I didn't indulge in any PD's this time. I overheard that they are $30 at this club, so that will make me not do that too much. That's a little steep for a club in the western suburbs. The VIP area is big, but it doesn't look as private as I might prefer.

There's a $2 bottled beer special in the afternoon from 4-7, which is a pretty good deal, although happy hour specials on draft beer would be nice. I will be back on a regular basis for afternoon eye candy, and probably go for a PD with Jessie next time I see her there. There isn't anything else in this part of the western suburbs, and for those of us that don't want to drive into the traffic of Beaverton or Portland proper, this is a great alternative.
