Still consistent

I went back to The Pony for the first time in about a year and half. Still only non-alcoholic drink service, but still a consistent little spot in Evansville. The place is kept clean and non-shady from the outside with easy parking right in front (granted, this was a weekday evening). No smoking indoors which is a plus for me. They honored a few passes that had no cover charge before 9 PM, but you still need to buy two drink tickets to get in (which was like $6?). The setup is the same...seats and small tables immediately upon entering, with a long stage in front. Rooms on the left and right in the back for private dancers. I would say the quality of the dancers remains better than average. Multi-ethnic but probably mostly which chicks. A few 9s with silicone, but otherwise mostly girls-next-door types. Have had pretty good conversations with many, without much pressure. Once an hour they do strut around stage and have 2 for 1 lap dances, which is how you can tell how many dancers are out there (they all walk on stage). You can probably take your pick then, but the good ones will most certainly already be swiped up. Private dances are good, I think there was a "deal" for like 30 minutes for $150. They take you to a very dark side room which has decent privacy. I'm definitely sure YMMV depending on the ratio of the dancer's hotness to desperation...find the right mix and you'll likely have a better time than others. Still my go to spot when on business in Evansville...if they would only serve drinks!
