Dancer's Perspective not Customer

I was in Florida visiting a few friends. They both worked at this club. Prior going, I thought it would be a huge music video. I am not really into flashy clubs or being flashy at all. So my hopes of enjoying working here is at best mediocre.

Upon arrival, I asked the door man if the management was around for an audition. He just looks me up and down. Asks me if I mind being topless. I should've seen this was a red flag. Why ask such a weird question. But whatever, he radios the Manger to see me.

The Manager was easy going. He just asks if I danced before and I nod. He gives the paperwork and asks me to follow him with a tour of the club.
