Not bad, not pretentious.

I've dropped by here a number of times in the afternoon or early evening, and several times since the latest rebranding/renovation as the King Street Cabaret. It certainly looks a lot better than it's earlier days as the Joker.

It was midweek, but even at 7PM there were not any girls on stage (after a few songs one cute girl, redhead with wavy to curly hair, did get up, and did a pretty nice job dancing for a bit). They were mostly hanging out at the bar talking to the customers. The girl behind the bar is hot, and on the cuter side of the girls there.

The girls themselves vary widely. I've seen a couple fairly chunky ladies, some of the skinny chicks look a little strung out, there are some that are good looking, and then there are some that are simply beautiful. The dancing and overall friendliness varies as well - and seems to match up with how pleasant they are. The good looking girls tend to spend some time at the edge of the stage with you, and while they may suggest a private dance fairly soon, aren't very pushy about it.
