Terrible. Paper moon has Gone so far down hill. A few years a go, despite being in the ghetto, this was the spot. All the areas hot girls worked there. Now you might see a girl overdose on the floor if you're lucky. The a/c wasn't working properly, so instead of fixing it they were handing out wet towels to wipe your sweat. That being said, ok drink prices and VIP is available. Mostly 4-5s working, and mostly rap played. Won't be going back unless something big changes.
