Went here seeking diversion on a muggy Sunday night and was largely disappointed.

The club is in convenient walking proximity to the major casino hotel properties which was nice. The neighborhood around it looked more than a little run down but I never felt like I was at risk for mugging or anything. The derelict-looking types all maintained discrete distance and clearly everyone knew that the local PD would come down hard.

The club interior had the sort of sleek veneer that would have seemed modern or futuristic in the 80s, but now just looked faded and worn. The little wheeled couches in front of the stages felt newer though. They still had plenty of cushioning. The lap dance area was very open with a bunch of cubicles that were literally only walled to office cubicle height. No privacy at all. The girls also had keycards and each cubicle had a swipe machine that logged their in and out time. The environment overall seemed designed to quantify and bill your fun, not promote fun and make you forget how much you're spending. The lighting was at a decently high level, though this didn't favor the dancers for the most part. The club is dry per local ordinance regarding fully nude vs alcohol service though it honestly seemed a waste given how little fully nude action there actually was (more on that later). It was BYOB however and the bar next door didn't gouge you too bad on pricing. The when I ordered a parting shot of whiskey to go with my beer the bartender made it a generous pour so as to kill the bottle.

The talent were lackluster at best. I know I was going on a Sunday night but dammit, Atlantic City is supposed to be a city of loose morals. I saw a few dancers there who looked as if they hadn't even bothered to apply makeup (at least I hope so for their sakes). Several also didn't bother applying perfume, brushing teeth or keeping fresh down there. There was an overall sense of poor self-maintenance on the part of the dancers. One dancer (black) even looked and sounded like a possible tranny. It of course was the one going around aggressively grabbing people's junk.

On stage and off the dancers really seemed to be going through the motions. I don't know that I saw any of them actually get fully nude on stage despite that being the reason the place didn't have a liquor license. Not a one of them had the moves or charisma to make me forget that it was all a hustle. No good conversationalists either. Some clubs you go to have strippers who can chat you up and make you feel like the most interesting person in the world. The ones here though? They came across dim, uninterested and uninteresting. At least none tried the whole give me more money because I have a hungry child routine.
