Most of my trips to this club have been day trips and i have yet to see what others rave about in terms of the consistent and "compelling" talent from a true beauty standpoint on the day lineups. There are some certainly some great things about this club that will have me making the 65 minute (one way) trip and one amongst them is that there are an incredible amount of dancers on every shift I've seen The variety of shapes and sizes always working certainly offer any customer an ample opportunity to view a complete lineup on every day shift. There is no entry fee during the day shift and the drinks are reasonable priced. The occasional free drink card certainly offsets the occasional uptick price on an exotic drink for your entertainer. As one somewhat unfamiliar with Providence, it took me a couple of shots to actual find this club a year ago, without hiccups. Traveling 93 South from North of Providence - it's Exit 19, left under the bridge (at the bottom of the exit), and the club is on your right about 1/4 mile off the exit. Club Desire is a little small, but physically it is a very nice club on the exterior and interior. I appreciate the pricing and privacy offered here (both in the lap dance room and CR), and I've been nicely entertained in both locations. While I won't provide the applicable names for my entertainer's "du jour" on my recent Friday visit, I was certainly intrigued by the appeal and stage energy of Tyra, Gia, and Giovanna, but failed to execute on trial runs in my 2 hour visit. Reviewers have correctly stated that you will have to introduce yourself to Club Desire's more compelling talent, but the appeal to me on that is that you the customer are influencing the choosing of your entertainment. I have yet to say yes to the "wanna dance approach", and not one wanna dance lady yet - fits my "want to" here to date. Regardless of whether I become a Club Desire regular in the future, I will never see the more plush "Lust" level on the second floor of Club Desire. I would certainly pay a premium for an occasional day visit, but the $300 (?) quarterly fee would not pay for itself for this out of towner! While I won't say that Club Desire is the #1 club in NE, I can say that it might be - the day I bump into the stellar lineup that quality NE reviewers speak about on TUSCL.
