After a disappointing visit to Diamonds (down the road a bit), I tried out Cheeks, based on it's good TUSCL reviews. The club is a little bit on the shabby side, but I was OK with that. It was a little like the kind of bars I went to in college, only with topless dancers., Getting in is relatively easy. I think there was a $5 cover. There is a large main stage area where about four or five dances are up at the same time. The dances are all hot. Mostly they look like regular girls, not porn stars, but I like the more natural look. The dancers don't perform a strip routine, they just get topless when they get on stage. Actually topless is not strictly accurate. They wear little band aids on their nipples as required by our insane Ohio laws.

Girls are mostly friendly and usually introduce themselves and ask your name when you tip them on stage. No one bothers you pushing drinks or dances. Some of the girls asked me if I wanted a dance, but there was very little hard sell..

I got a lot of dances form a lot of the girls. There wasn't much troubling getting dances, even though I was a first-timer at the club. Some asked me, some I asked myself. I'm not very shy about asking for a dance. Most, but not all of the girls give 2 for 1 dances for $25. It might be advisable to check on the deal before you go to the lap dance area. They also have a 15 minute VIP for $125, but I didn't try one, There also may be the chance for 2 for 1 on this option, but I'm not certain.

The lap dance area is not super-private, but there are some of the lounge chairs that are slightly walled off from nearby patrons. I really don't care about the privacy issue myself. The dances themselves are very consistent across the girls. You get serious grindage for sure. Also it seems like each song plays for a relatively long time, so this is another way that the club gives good value. Just an impression - I didn't have a stop watch handy. I wasn't sure about the fine print of the rules of engagement, but several times I put my hand on a girl's waist or back and didn't get any complaints. The girls all seem pretty laid back - not very prudish. One girl suggest moving on to the VIP for what she seemed to be suggesting might involve some sort of happy ending. I was mostly out of money by then, so I didn't press for details about what specifically she had in mind. Maybe next time I'll try that option with a girl that seems eager to please.

All in all, a great experience. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
